Before production begins, the material, dimensions, thickness target, cuff style, texture, lining, color and packaging must be aligned. Clear specifications make it easier to evaluate samples, set inspection points and prevent avoidable changes later in the order.
From formers to a uniform glove film
Reusable rubber gloves are formed on prepared hand-shaped moulds. The preparation, dipping sequence and drying stages are managed to create a consistent film and support the intended feel, grip and coverage of the finished glove.
Wash, cure and finish
Post-dipping processing helps stabilize the glove structure and remove process residues as required by the selected material system. Cuff finishing and surface texture are also important because they affect ease of donning, water run-off and grip during use.
Inspect the batch before packing
A useful quality conversation covers appearance, dimensions, weight, pair matching, packaging presentation and the tests relevant to the agreed product. Buyers should agree what is checked, how samples are taken and what documentation is needed before shipment.
